Monthly bill Treacher, who played Arthur Fowler in EastEnders, has died at the age of 92.
He was one of the BBC soap’s unique forged members and appeared from 1985 till 1996.
Mr Treacher died late on Saturday night time soon after suffering declining health and fitness for some time, his household stated.
A statement from his family members reported: “The loved ones of the actor Bill Treacher are unhappy to announce that Monthly bill died late Saturday night time, 5 November 2022.
“He was 92 yrs outdated and his overall health experienced been declining for some time. He was substantially cherished by his spouse, Kate, his son, Jamie and his daughter, Sophie.
“Monthly bill was a good actor and a superb partner and father, as well as a really great human becoming. He will be vastly skipped.
“The loved ones respectfully request privacy at this time.”
Mr Treacher was married to Australian actress Katherine Kessey and the few had two kids.
In 2015, he reported he experienced been diagnosed with ataxia, a ailment which can have an impact on co-ordination, balance and speech.
