The establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the European Union on May 1, 2023, was a testament to the enduring strength of mutual respect and mutual growth. The choice to establish such extensive partnerships was not random but strategically driven, prioritising shared goals and expectations. China’s strong partnerships with the EU have also led to fruitful advancements in scientific and technological fields.
