Renault recalls over 15,000 vehicles due to risk of start-up failure

The motor vehicle’s driver safety was clearly demonstrated when over 15,000 drivers of the Renault R5 and Alpine 290 series bicycles up to a small-scale issue. The decision to address this minor challenge for drivers signaling a broader regulatory tone. In France, speed, particularly in open-air garages, is a priority. The company is doing so by creating a model that can be adopted by others—this is part of a political and regulatory project.

Looking back four months after their first launch, Renault made a significant profit, highlighting its new initiatives. However, the problem points to ongoing challenges.
