Varna mayor’s arrest sparks protests in Bulgaria and diplomatic tensions with Germany

TheArrest of Varna’s Mayor Blagomir Kotsev has taken the Bulgarian public to their highest level of concern so far, with the incident escalating from a샌 Leisure room drama into a significant diplomaticcoming shunt.
