FIVE children have been rushed to hospital after being hit by a bus outside a primary school.
The school bus hit the kids, believed to be aged 11-16, around 3.25pm today and the male driver has also been taken to hospital.

Dyfed-Powys Police said there were no passengers on the bus, which hit the children in Llanfair Caereinion in Montgomeryshire, Powys.
Air ambulances were among the emergency services sent to the scene.
A statement from Dyfed-Powys Police said officers were at the scene of a road traffic collision on School Lane.
“A school bus and a number of young pedestrians were involved in the collision.


“The male driver of the bus and five children have been taken to hospital. There were no passengers on the bus,” the force said.
“The road is closed with diversions in place. Please avoid the area if possible.”
Cillagers were shocked at the commotion with a fleet of ambulances at the scene.
One said: “We’ve heard the driver must have blacked out at the wheel or collapsed and hit the children who were waiting to go home.
“This is such a quiet place and this is quite shocking.”
