Hamad’s principales injured in a fall on a car: A detailed account

The case of Mohammed Hamad, 56, a 50-year-old쯤, faces a severe lawsuit after a car fell on him at a garage in Liverpool. Hamad sustained a broken leg, three spinal fractures, and several pelvis fractures after the incident. He claimed it was a slip from a two-column lift facility. His wife expressed high dependency on her family for daily tasks, leading to her removal from work. Further investigation by the Liverpool Echo revealed that the garage worker experienced multiple serious fractures.

On 23 November 2022, Hamad was working for Car Spa & Tyres Ltd, Kensington, where the company faced adequate safety measures for lift equipment. However, the liftarity equipment lacked proper training and alignment, leading Hamad to incur losses from the incident. The company was fined £40,000 and ordered to pay £20,000 in court costs, and the Health and Safety at Work (HSW) Agency ruled them negligent under regulation 2(1) of the HSW Act 1974.

The Public Health and Safety Commissioner, David Bellis, emphasized the importance of timely actions, stating the incident " Specially serious." Hamad hired ranked law firm Karen Park and Gabrielle O’Sullivan to代表 his case, leading HSE to take all accident matters seriously, advocating for trial whenever appropriate.
