THE camp suffered a third attempted breach as guards apprehended two intruders.
The pair reached perimeter fencing behind the grounds of Gwrych Castle on Thursday night.
An ITV spokesman said: “Security escorted the two trespassers away.”
There were no arrests.
A source revealed: “It’s become a bit of an issue on site that the castle is constantly under siege.
“There are a few locals who are placing bets as to who can get into the castle to take pics.
“But producers are aware and have laid on loads of burly security guards to stop anyone from breaking in — it would be frightening for the celebrities.”
The first attempted break-in came during the first week of filming at the end of last month.
Last week two men in camouflage used Storm Arwen as cover to break into the castle and loiter around contestants’ beds.
