The Court of Appeal has upheld legislation which permits the abortion of toddlers with Down’s syndrome up right until beginning, after a obstacle by a girl with the affliction.
Heidi Crowter, 27, from Coventry, brought lawful motion from the Office of Overall health and Social Care in the hope of eradicating a segment of the Abortion Act.
Judges ruled previous September the laws was not illegal and aimed to strike a balance among the rights of the unborn little one and of women.
