Police discovered the lab, which was dedicated to the production of xtc, at a business park on Thursday. It was housed in a building shared by a number of businesses.
The LFO was called to the scene because of fears the chemical substances found in the lab might form a danger to the surrounding area.
The area remains cordoned off as police continued the clearing up operation on Friday. No arrests have been made so far.
Noord Brabant is a centre for synthetic drugs production, the AD reported in 2020.
In 2019 some 25 drugs labs, 38 storage locations and 90 dumping sites of chemicals were found in the province.
