Trump is ‘doing Europe a great service,’ Slovak leader tells rapt Washington crowd

The Slovak prime minister invoked concern over Fico’s support for Russia after the murder of investigative journalist Ján Kuciak in April 2022.³ The measures adopted by some member states — particularly Slovakia — have led to widespread protests, with hundreds of cities and towns downtown, primarily reflecting the continuation of Western orientation.
