Steven Craig is remaining sentenced soon after currently being uncovered guilty of murdering his girlfriend, who died far more than 20 many years after he poured petrol on her and set her on fire, leaving her with horrific burns.
Craig served 15 decades in prison for attacking Jacqueline Kirk, who was badly wounded but survived the assault in Somerset in 1998.
Ms Kirk died in August 2019 aged 62 just after suffering a ruptured diaphragm.
He was charged with her murder as the prosecution argued she died “as a outcome in section of” her accidents.
Jurors had to decide whether or not the burns Ms Kirk experienced performed a “major section in the trigger of her loss of life”.
Ms Kirk experienced serious burns from the assault in Dolphin Square in Weston-tremendous-Mare 24 yrs ago. Craig tied her to a chair and set her on fireplace while enacting a Reservoir Canine fantasy.
