The claim that Elon Musk’s social media platform, X, was part of a criminal investigation initiated by French authorities has faced a fierce response from X, which responded fiercely in its own targeting. X reported in its latest press release that French authorities have launched a politically-motivated criminal investigation into the allegations of data tampering and algorithmic manipulation on the company’s platform. X claims that the investigation is motivated by political reasons and designed to restrict free speech, a move that is also述的理解 rigorously against her own actions or actions by an innocent party.

The French authorities’ investigation began after X acquired the platform in 2022 and reported initial probes on the charge of data tampering. The director revealed that this modification had-expanded the platform’s content coverage to include hate-speech and homophobic content, which was seen as part of  。The director accused Musk of having control over the -platform’s operations, particularly in moderation and account management. He also alleged that Musk used “personal interventions” to filter out user accounts and manipulate the system away from immunizing users who criticized him.

X denied the allegations and said that it remained unaware of the details, but it claimed that based on its current knowledge, the investigation seeks to interfere with French law in furtherance of its own political agenda and should limit free speech. X also admitted that its algorithm evaluation by
