A five-day heatwave is expected to impact the UK this week, with temperatures reaching up to 32°C from Thursday to Sunday, and 31°C on Saturday and 29°C on Monday. For those waking up early, the weather can still be relatively warm, but staying alert to sunrise and sunset timing helps in cooling the home.
