Eknoor Soni and his brother Arsh, born on the same day, are two brothers from a London-based university business graduate known for their diverse range of interests, including the likes of YouTube, Snapchat, and Reality TV. Eknoor, who is currently 21, has been meticulously using social media since he was 16, while Arsh, who is 28, has built his own following over the years. Both brothers have had millions of followers on various social media platforms, showcasing a considerable amount of digital engagement. However, their digital presence has increasingly led them to recognize the pitfalls of digital technology. Eknoor, for instance, has described how his world is increasingly digital, with more friends online than ever, and that social media can have a significant impact on real life, sometimes in ways he no longer accepts.

Eknoor’s approach to social media has been both driven by passion and a desire to make a difference. He has set up an online agency to manage the Snapchat accounts of influencers, ensuring that his clients have platforms like YouTubers Jake Sweet (12.9 million subscribers) and Jamie Nyland (15.6 million subscribers) have innovative, high-quality content. This也为 others by creating platforms where their citizens can share their passions, while Eknoor himself remains focused on his niche, such as movies and his travel, but he also believes that this work is essential to providing a functioning lifestyle. While these platforms allow for opportunities to dominate and create content, Eknoor has become acutely aware that digital engagement can drag on, leaving him feeling either overwhelmed or distracted until he becomes exhausted or distracted.

“The rise of short form content from platforms like TikTok has kept people, including many from younger generations, glued to their phone watching an infinite number of videos without realizing hours have passed. “While there’s nothing wrong with watching some videos, if it’s sapping your productivity so much that you’re not getting things done you should address that sooner rather than later. “I wouldn’t recommend going cold turkey and completely cutting yourself off, but if you think your social media usage is too much I’d recommend following some of the following tips to reduce it to more manageable levels.” This advice resonates with many parents now using social media as a substitute for real life. Eknoor, in his own words, sees social media not as a substitute but as a tool for better living. He believes that its main benefit is to connect people, but it can also have副作用, and users should aim to balance their social media time with other activities that provide joy and contribution.

Eknoor is an HKD5. Let us not forget this”: the following tips to reduce social media distraction. They are as follows:

  1. Use social media for a purpose
Eknoor emphasizes the importance of tailoring digital apps to specific interests and goals. For example, using TikTok to manage gym content frees up time when focusing on one activity. This approach can increase productivity and reduce the time spent on inactive content.

  2. Clean up your feed
One of the ways to do this is to turn off unnecessary notifications and permissions on your phone, so the app won’t show content that doesn’t interest you. This helps manage distractions and allows you to focus entirely on what matters.

  3. Create content
Instead of just chasing views, Eknoor advises creating original content, such as documenting travels or documenting daily routines. This content can be why others stay active on social media and provides more value than just consuming videos.

  4. Turn off notifications
Social media sets reminders for marks, stories, or likes, which can take hours to work through. Turning these off lets the platforms show only the most engaging and relevant videos, allowing people to save time and focus on useful content.

  5. Set time limits
Many phones and apps allow you to set daily screen time caps, such as one hour of scrolling. To avoid feeling overwhelmed, Eknoor suggests setting this limit and treating excess time as a signal to log off and engage in productive activities elsewhere.

Eknoor has also emphasized the importance of finding the balance between digital engagement and real-world activities. By using the five tips above, he believes individuals can create a healthier, more engaged digital lifestyle while still supporting their real lives. His customized approach to managing social media means that you can use the time you spend on platforms in ways that add value while maintaining productivity and connection with others.

Eknoor, in his words, says never advice going cold turkey and that excessive use of social media is a sign that you’re not taking the time or complement. He advises consulting a professional or setting up a more healthy routine to avoid such habits. While social media is undoubtedly a powerful tool for increasing digital connectivity, it’s essential to use it wisely to improve both your online presence and your real-world life. Eknoor’s brother and sister have since seen their lives grow and thrive, thanks in large part to the teaching Eknoor has given them. As social media becomes a part of their lives, he believes it’s important to focus on the growth and well-being of those they interact with, rather than being overwhelmed by the sheer volume of online content.
