Postmaster convicted of killing wife claims he has ‘dossier of evidence’ to appeal

Robin Garbutt, a 57-year-old man, was found guilty of bludgeoning his wife Diana to death in 2010. Despite being granted a chance to re-enter the court in 2015 after a grand炖, Garbutt claimed he faked an armed robbery to cover up his killing. The postmaster in his place argued that the evidence against him was insufficient and that it should be considered unsafe, hence justifying a retrial.
