### The Rankings methodology
AirHelp’s scoring system gives the 60% weight to on-time performance. The scores are cross-validated with data from government agencies, airports, flight-tracking vendors, and historical records, as well as user reviews from over 58 countries. Surveys were conducted in 13,500 unique airport ratings, providing a comprehensive overview of theᕙ between air travel stakeholders and airport customers.

The rankings, which cover only airports with substantial international flights, were based on data collected between 1 June 2024 and 31 May 2025. According to AirHelp’s findings, a mean journey time of 8 minutes to 20 minutes compared to 50 minutes for London Gatwick is a testament to operational efficiency.

Additionally, addressing air-traffic control issues and minimizing cancellations can enhance overall performance. Overall, improved punctuality and customer satisfaction are key to ensuring enjoyable experiences, while simplerAccessibility may also appeal to a diverse traveler base.

### Conclusion

These insights—from a 60% weight on punctuality—offer valuable guidance for travelers seeking convenience and stress reduction.
