The man, identified as a 59-year-old Greek citizen of Georgia, had been arrested in a joint operation by police and the National Intelligence Service (NIS) in Greece on April 29, 2023. The suspect appears to have been acting on behalf of another individual, and his recordings were allegedly sent to that individual using an encrypted messaging app, such as WhatsApp or Facebook. However, no further details were available to the court about the雇主’s identity or the nature of his motives.

The issue of legality, however, is less obstructed and highlights the complex interplay between negligible silence and close scrutiny. The suspect’s documentation of military operations is provided by Greek law enforcement officials to a state television network, according to which images of NATO operations had already appeared in the media. The suspect appears to have been Escorted by police officers before a preliminary hearing scheduled for January 29, 2024, at an ancestor magistrate in the same city.
