‘Positive movement’ in US-Ukraine relationship, says Zelenskyy ahead of EU Summit

This Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed optimism in US-Ukraine talks following his midnight address, as he shared news of his chief of staff Andriy Yermak’s meeting with the US national security adviser Mike Waltz.
