Approximately 40 people were killed by a Russian missile that hit the hotel in the central Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih on Wednesday night. The attack took place just hours before Trump administration confirmed its decision to stop sharing military intelligence with Ukraine. The United States also paused military support to Ukraine following a heated discussion in the White House last Friday between Trump and Zelenskyy.
