Chinese military launches large-scale military drills around Taiwan as warning against independence

Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defence (DTU) has confirmed that over 19 Chinese Navy vessels have been tracked in the waters surrounding its island since 6 am on Monday (September 6), ending the tracking on Monday morning.
