British Steel ‘set for full nationalisation in King’s Speech’

British Steel’s Scunthorpe site has been saved from collapse. The government is planning to fully nationalize the steel plant after saving it from closure last year. However, Jingye’s economic control has remained since then. Discussions continue with Jingye to agree a solution securing the long-term future. The King’s Speech on Wednesday may include confirmation.
